[SIB-courses] Enrichment analysis, 03 December 2021, streamed

We are pleased to announce the following SIB course on:

which will be streamed live on 03 December 2021.

This one-day course is targeted at life science researchers who are willing to perform enrichment analysis to identify groups of genes that are differentially expressed, using R. The course will cover Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) and alternative enrichment tools. Since most of these implementations are directly linked to databases that annotate the function of genes in the cell, the course will also introduce GO enrichment analysis.
