[SIB-courses] Deep Learning for Life Sciences - fundamentals and applications, course and symposium, 25 November 2021, streamed

Dear all,

We are very pleased to announce a new  SIB course and symposium on:

"Deep Learning for Life Sciences - fundamentals and applications<https://www.sib.swiss/training/course/20211125_DLFLS>"

which will be live-streamed on 25 November 2021.

This event will be composed of 1) a half-day introduction to the theory of deep learning and how it is related to machine learning and neural networks, and 2) a half-day symposium consisting of short presentations by SIB researchers on the applications of Deep Learning.

This event is addressed to PhD students, post-docs and researchers in life sciences who would like to have a grasp of Deep Learning and how it can be applied to life sciences research.
