Dear All,

We are pleased to announce that the following SIB course on:

Reproducible research and data analysis using Nextflow pipelines<https://www.sib.swiss/training/course/20211115_NEXTF>

which will be streamed on 15-18 November 2021 is now open for applications.

Nextflow<https://www.nextflow.io/> is a powerful polyglot workflow language that, provides a robust, scalable and reproducible way to run computational pipelines.
This 4-half-day course, taught by experts from the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), is designed for absolute beginners who want to start using Nextflow to achieve reproducibility of data analysis. During very hands-on and interactive sessions, participants will learn about Nextflow technology starting from basic through more advanced concepts, as well as learn how to build Nextflow pipelines and run them with Singularity<https://sylabs.io/singularity/> containers, with the expectation they will acquire the proficiency to develop and deploy their own workflows.

Further detailed information, prerequisites and application form are available here<https://www.sib.swiss/training/course/20211115_NEXTF>.

Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at training at sib.swiss<mailto:training at sib.swiss>.

Best wishes,
