Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the following SIB webinar on:

*Applying V-pipe to SARS-Coronavirus-2 data, 22 June 2020, streamed***

Virus populations exist as heterogeneous ensembles of genomes within
their hosts. This webinar explains — and demonstrates — the use of
V-pipe <https://cbg-ethz.github.io/V-pipe/>, an end-to-end
bioinformatics pipeline that integrates various computational tools for
the analysis of SARS-Coronavirus-2 high-throughput sequencing data. It
supports the reproducible analysis of genomic diversity in intra-host
virus populations for both basic research and medical diagnostics.

This webinar should be of interest to any researcher who aims to use
viral next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, including experimental and
computational researchers. It will be of particular interest to
biologists and bioinformatics researchers who analyze viral NGS data in
their work.

Further detailed information, prerequisites and application form are
available here

Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at
training at sib.swiss.

Best regards,

***Monique Zahn, PhD
