Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the following SIB course:

*"**Advanced statistics: Statistical modeling"*.

This four-day course, which will be held in Lausanne during the week of 
13-16 June 2016, will be centered on "statistical modeling" applied to 
biological problems.
Topics addressed during this course include advanced linear models, 
mixed models, generalized linear models and survival analysis. The 
emphasis will be put on concrete applications in biology.

The course is organized by the Bioinformatics Core Facility (BCF) of the 
SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics.
