We are pleased to announce a course jointly organized by the SIB 
Training group and the CUSO / StarOmics doctoral program and entitled:


*"**Exploring common and rare diseases genetics with GWAS and NGS"
Lausanne, 25-27 April 2016
*


This three-day course will be dedicated to genome-wide analysis of 
variation including genome-wide association study (GWAS), next 
generation sequencing (NGS) and how to identify and interpret variants 
in exomes. The course will also introduce techniques to extend GWAS 
using NGS data.
