[sib-courses] SIB Protein Bioinformatics course 2013

From March 18th to 22nd 2013, in Lausanne, Switzerland, train with the leaders and developers of key protein databases and software at SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics:

ExPASy resource portal with developers of the first biology web resource in the world;
Swiss-Prot/UniProtKB and Prosite with members of the Swiss-Prot group;
NeXtProt with Amos Bairoch, founder of Swiss-Prot, Enzyme, Prosite and NeXtProt, and members of his group:
SwissModel with Torsten Schwede, creator of SwissModel, and members of his group;
SwissPDB-Viewer with its core developer;
SwissDock with Vincent Zoete, co-creator of SwissDock, and members of his group;
String with Christian von Mering, creator of String, and members of his group.

For each resource, there will be theoretical presentations and hands-on exercices (bring your laptop). At the end of the course, participants will analyse their own data under the supervision of course instructors.
