Dear All,

We are pleased to announce the SIB Bioinformatics Workshop entitled:
"Introduction to the Analysis and Visualization of Biological Networks  
with Cytoscape"

This two-day workshop, to be held from Monday July 11 to Tuesday July  
12 - 2011,
will provide an introduction to the analysis and visualization of  
biological networks,
as well as a tutorial on Cytoscape, one of the common tools used in  
biology for network analysis.

The course will cover the following main subjects:
A Biological Network Taxonomy
Analytical Approaches
Visualization Approaches
Introduction to Cytoscape
Cytoscape use cases:
-Expression data analysis
-Clustering of protein-protein interaction networks
-Introduction to plugin development
