Title: Statistical principles of clinical trials

Abstract: Statistical principles of clinical trials is the title of the international conference of harmonization (ICH) guideline E9, a key document for statistics in a regulated environment. This talk is inspired by the guideline and tries with illustrative examples to shade light on those principles.
