<p>This one-day course is targeted at life science researchers who are willing to perform<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>enrichment analysis to identify groups of genes that are differentially expressed, using R. The course will cover Gene Set<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>Enrichment
Analysis (GSEA) and alternative<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>enrichment tools. Since most of these implementations are directly linked to databases that annotate the function of genes in the cell, the course will also introduce GO<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>enrichment
