<p align="left"><b>which will be streamed live on 10-11 December</b><b><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-position: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">. </span></b></p>
<p>This course was designed to guide life scientists in exploring
concepts of statistical modelling and machine learning, and thus
gain new insights when mining large biological datasets.</p>
A particular focus will be given in relating and contrasting both
approaches when it comes to classification and regression, on the
evaluation of the relevance of the produced models, and their
interpretation in order to provide new biological knowledge.<br>
