<p>we are pleased to announce the following SIB course:</p>
<font color="#3366ff"><b>Transcriptomics analysis: RNA-Seq, on 11-13
February 2020, in Lausanne</b></font><b>.</b><br>
<p><b> </b>This three-day course will provide an overview of the
RNA-Seq analysis pipeline, as well as the downstream analysis of
the resulting data when using bioconductor packages in R. <br>
</p>
<p>The course will cover topics such as: raw data quality check,
RNA-Seq reads alignment, gene expression normalisation and
quantification, de novo transcripts reconstruction and
differential splicing, and class discovery.<br>
